Xenios Z offers two robotic hospitality packages, designed to meet the different needs of hotels. Whether you choose the basic reception function or the fully automated check-in/check-out experience, each package comes with professional technical support, customization options and a flexible way of acquisition – through timeshare or one-time purchase.
To meet different levels of needs and capabilities, we offer each package in two versions:
4-year leasing or a one-off purchase.
Silver Package
The Silver package offers the basic function of the robot as a butler, without check-in/check-out and without connection to PMS. Ideal for hotels that want a modern digital receptionist.
Gold Package
The Gold package includes the full application, with automatic check-in/check-out and interface with the hotel’s PMS. Ideal for units that want to fully automate the front desk.

Includes Butler function only (no check-in/check-out)- 6.000€ in advance for the 1st month

Note on the interface with the PMS:
The process of interfacing with the hotel’s PMS may take up to 3 months, depending on the system the property uses and the cooperation of the supporting company.
Our team ensures maximum speed, however integration time is affected by external factors beyond our control.
Technical Support & Upgrades
All packages include up to 4 interventions per year (one per quarter), covering:
Bug fixes (bugs)
Content updates (e.g. schedules, images, texts)
Minor modifications to appearance or functionality
Remote control and technical support
Response time: up to 15 days from the submission of the request
Leasing: covers the entire duration of the lease
Purchase: Covers the first year, with the possibility of annual renewal
Advanced or Custom Upgrades

Modifications to the workflow
Integration of new functions

Procedure:
The client submits a request describing in detail his/her need. Our technical team evaluates the request and sends a proposed solution with:
Estimation of implementation time
Detailed cost (charge per hour)
Estimated delivery date
Work starts only after formal acceptance of an offer.
Insurance Coverage
Currently, there is no insurance program available in the Greek market that covers specialized robotic equipment.
We are already in contact with reliable insurance companies, with the aim of creating specific coverage policies for robots in the future.
The protection of our customers’ equipment and investment is our main priority.
